Totalpak offers training sessions at various locations to better cater to our clients including the YMCA. Alternate locations are typically within a 15 minute radius of downtown St. Louis and solidified during the scheduling process.

For a TotalPak training session, we recommend bringing comfortable athletic clothing and shoes, plenty of water, a towel, and a positive attitude ready to work hard and improve your skills. We also suggest arriving early to stretch and warm up before the training session. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive and focused training program, and we encourage each participant to come prepared to fully engage and participate in every session. Basketballs are optional and will be provided.

At current, all sessions may range from individual to small group depending on the day and time of session. Individual training provides players with and a more tailored and personalized training experience. Group training is a great way to meet other players who may be at a similar skill level and enhance basketball IQ with game like settings. Whether individual or group, there will always be a focus on individualization and training game skills for game results. Please indicate any preferences during the intake and scheduling process, and we'd be happy to find a fit your athlete.

We understand that life can get busy, and you may miss occasionally. All missed sessions with prior notice will be rescheduled. However, please note that missed sessions without prior notice will not be refunded and will be considered a forfeited session. Our team is committed to helping you achieve your basketball goals, so it's important to attend all scheduled sessions to ensure maximum progress.
